About Ervin Bolt Construction Inc

Ervin Bolt, Jr., the President of Ervin Bolt Construction, Inc. in Warsaw, Indiana has earned the designation of Certified Graduate Remodelor (CGR) from the National Association of Home Builders Remodelers Council. Ervin is one of about 300 remodelers in the country and 19 in the state of Indiana who carries the CGR designation.

CGR is a national honor, which recognized remodeler’s professionalism, management experience and technical expertise. In order to qualify, a remodeler must complete a series of courses, have a proven track record of remodeling professionalism, sign the CGR Code of Ethics and go through an extensive background check of references, licensing and insurance, by a nine-member CGR Board of Governors.

After working 22 years for others in construction, Ervin Bolt, Jr. started his own family business 47 years ago in 1974. It consisted of six immediate family members plus other long-term employees. Ervin Bolt Construction, Inc. specializes in both light commercial and residential remodeling. Being state licensed plumbers, they complete all phases of any project from foundation to the roof and everything in between.

Bolt feels his certification will help his business. “It’s a valuable tool for the customers. It gives them confidence”, said Bolt.

The NAHB Remodelers Council is a division of the National Associate of Home Builders and represents more than 20,000 member firms active in residential and commercial remodeling. The Council provides education and information to help improve the business and construction skills of its members. CGR remodeler is a trademarked term denoting NAHB members active in remodeling.
